What is Hometown Go?
Hometown Go is a local food and grocery delivery service that connects customers with their favorite restaurants, grocery stores, and small businesses in the community. We offer fast and reliable deliveries at affordable rates.
How does Hometown GO work?
1️⃣ Sign Up at order.kyhometowngo.com, or login to your existing account.
2️⃣ When you order from one of our Partner Restaurants, you can select your items and checkout through our easy-to-use, all inclusive order process.
3️⃣ If you order from one of non-partner restaurants, you simply place your order with the restaurant directly, then provide us with your order details on the order form. You will only pay the delivery fee and mileage fee based on the delivery distance.
4️⃣ Our driver picks up your order and provides notifications about your order.
5️⃣ The driver delivers your order straight to your door!
How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website at https://kyhometowngo.com/, select ORDER NOW, and submit your order, and we'll take it from there!
Do I have to pay when I order?
Yes! We require payment at checkout to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. Once you submit your order, you will be sent a payment link. Payments can be made via:
✔️ Credit/Debit Card (via Square/Stripe)
✔️ PayPal
✔️ Apple Pay / Google Pay
✔️ Cash
Please note, cash payments are only available to recurring customers. New customers MUST pay with debit/credit for first time orders.
Do you accept tips for drivers?
Yes! Drivers greatly appreciate tips. You can tip through the payment portal or in cash upon delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve the London and Corbin, Kentucky area. We are expanding soon, so stay tuned!
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact ccarson@kyhometowngo.com within 30 minutes of delivery. We’ll work with the vendor to resolve the issue.
When do you deliver?
We are open daily, 7 days a week, 8 AM - 9 PM. Times may vary depending on vendor hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive text updates as your order progresses. You’ll also get a notification when the driver is on the way.
How do I become a vendor on Hometown Go?
We love partnering with local businesses! Please email us at info@kyhometowngo.com to get started.
Do you offer corporate or large event orders?
Yes! If you need catering or large group orders, contact us at info@kyhometowngo.com for special arrangements.
How do I pay when I submit my order?
Once your order is submitted, we process your order details to ensure we get it exactly how you want it.
Once we've confirmed all the details, you are sent a payment link via text messages or email.
After you've received the payment link, follow the prompts to initiate and complete your payment!
What if the restaurant I'm searching for isn't on the website?
If you do not see the restaurant you're searching for on our site, don't worry! You can still order from our non-partner restaurants!
Simply select "Other Fast Food" or "Other Local" from the Restaurant list.
You'll place your order with the restaurant directly, then provide us with your order details and complete the checkout process. You'll only pay for the delivery services and we'll take it from there!
